Agreed.

Dback, just because SDHornet, finally, makes a good point no need to quote him and stroke his enormous ego.

And so it is with playing the Griz. No Griz fan or closet Griz fan gives teams that play them a chance. ( refer back to my previous clinical quote about dillusion)

The only "rape" that will be taking place on Saturday Willy will be happenning outside the stadium.

There is no "innocence" in football and there will be none Saturday. It will be a tough, physical game. Which isn't a crime. In fact I suspect it will be a great game and to be sure I will be enjoying it from the stands.

It'll be interesting to see how Bauman(n?) does against our front 7 and LB corps. While they've been dominant so far, our secondary looks extremely vulnurable. How has NAU's passing attack looked so far?

Totally agree. I am not familiar with what NAU has been doing other than their scores. If you don't have a decent passing game then NAU will be in for a long afternoon. If your passing game is respectable then you will certainly have an opportunity to pull this game out.

In addition, you better be able to stop the run, and I mean for the entire game. It doesn't get easier in the 4th quarter. :thumb:

Speaking of dillusional . You guys are actually by definition insane if you think the Griz are going whoop NAU like ASU did. I say this with all sincerity because it is my profession. Not insanity but the diagnosis of insanity and in particular OCD patients. The clinical definition of obsession is the domination of one's thoughts or feelings by a persistent idea, image, desire, etc. I hate to break it to you both but you are clinically obsessed with an unrealistic, grandeous image of the Grizz. Grandiose meaning in this case overblown and pompous.
Well, since it happens to be your profession and all, I guess I'll just to have to slink back to my Pratitya-samutpada, then. With your vocation serving the "common good" and all, one shouldn't expect too much bias nor confounded nonsense compounded by unsubstantiated demagoguery, then. Being always in agreement with that of chakravartin, compounded with Ishvara deva and all that, by way of recognition... Prasannapada; Antarabhava.

...happy sunyata.

Well, that's thoroughly understandable. He being so busy and all; he being so much more important besides. Methinks busy bothering himself in writing out his prescription for a "pill" to put such as us, if not everyone else by the way, out of their misery and all that; so he wouldn't be bothered by us anymore. I'm surprised that he even lowered himself from his august presence to our much lower obsessive and unrealistic viewpoints. I wonder what "pill" he'd have for us today. Something that most certainly would have to be evauated under the auspices of his clinical definitions no doubt. Must be his cure for all that trivisa, no less.

I finally have a diagnosis -Alice in Wonderland syndrome ( its a real conditrion), also known as Griz syndrome, is a disorienting neurological condition which affects human perception. Griz fans experience micropsia, macropsia and size distortion of other sensory modalities.

Micropsia is a neurological condition affecting human visual perception in which humans, opponents are perceived to be substantially smaller than they actually are. Similarly macropsia is the reverse condition characterized by objects appearing substantially larger than they actually are e.g the Griz OL may seem as big as a mountain.

You guys can't help yourselves. If I was your shrink I would prescribe some tranqs by half time. Maybe be available to fit in a small group clinical session at the stadium. Happy to help.

I don't even think this game is going to be that close. Jacks in a lopsided victory of the 28-10ish sort.

So we're the ones that are delusional for thinking we'll win at home? Where we're 33-1 in our last 4 1/2 seasons?

What do you call your prediction of 8-9 NAU wins?

In fact, let's ask the rest of FCS which one of those things is more delusional?

Hey Wyoming Griz, I respect your Buddhist philosophy of Pratitya-samutpada which basically says; When this is, that is. That really explains the classic Grizz fan philosophy well.
When the Grizz are at home every opponent is doomed to defeat.

However I find your philosophy inherently flawed.

I'll like to refer to the butterfly effect, a hypothesis of the chaotic theory in order to present my case. True happiness is sourced in wisdom that everything changes. Change happens as the factors that go to constitute something change.
Grizz fans seem to have a control freak hidden in them shrieking for absolute power over everything;

So the lesson for today is change is inevitable. Missoula is no longer the seat of power in the Big Sky.

Grizz fans...find comfort in this saying...A rose is not a rose if it stays forever.
