you know I dont know that shxt. For your bet Montana has to win by at least 15 pts.
I see. So anything less than a 15+ point victory by Montana counts as an "NAU upset" in your world?
No, I think NAU has a chance to UPSET/BEAT/MORE PTS ON THE BOARD montana. If Im gonna bet, seeing that montana is the favorite, I'd bet if NAU loses... its by 14 or less.
Do we have a bet?

Nope. Because this game is almost always close. You said "I like NAU for the upset". That would imply you believe they will win. Being within 14 points doesn't constitute an "upset". Even your EWU community college degree taught you THAT, didn't it?

Not to sound redundant (I've been reiterating this a lot this year), but do you want to venture a guess as to the last time an FCS team beat us by that much? Keep in mind the number of games we've played against champions/runner-ups too...
And then my follow-up question is, when do you think the last time we lost a game in Wa-Griz by that amount was?

Yeah, we went through this a month or so ago....I believe 5 times since 1993 we've lost by more than 21 to an FCS team. So, I feel pretty confident we won't lose by 21 to a team we haven't lost to since 1995 and haven't EVER lost to in Wa/Griz.

Well I don't want to keep him in suspense, so the correct answers are... (drum roll)

FCS teams since 1993? Only 2 times actually
I couldn't remember...I actually went back and did the research back then.

Pardon me while I puke. What are you guys smoking up there?
The last three games have been decided by just 14 points
and five of the last six games have been decided by a touchdown or less. The
jacks lost 28-24 last season in Flagstaff and lost 24-21 on the last visit to
Missoula.
Hello up there....Nau has a better team than the previous year and UM doesn't have as good a team.

1998 and 1990
The griz didn't lose a home game by that much in 1998.

Two numbers:
ZERO - # of times NAU has won in Wa/Griz
1995 - Last time NAU beat the Griz.
