Had WKU set up any kind of defense after they tied up the game... they might still be in this tournament. Zags ran that ball up court without any pressure and were left with an easy bankshot.

I had the same thought during the first round... I don't think I'd picked them to win to win the first round, but wasn't to upset at the prospect of the view in the round of 32... but if Cuse blows this lead with Pendergraph out for the rest of the game, I'll be livid.

Very disappointed at the outcome but I was very excited that WKU answered Gonzaga's call. WKU has a great recruiting class next year and will be the class of the Sun Belt for years to come. Get used to seeing the Toppers in NCAA tournament year after year.

hopefully if they make it again next year we will see them possibly a single digit seed. They have shown they know how to play come tournament time. Besides maybe a few mistakes they had Gonzaga beat and would have back to back sweet sixteens.
