Yes it should be over. The clock seems to fit just right here.
Northern Arizona is now alone in first place.

Happy Sac won for both EWU's chances in the conference, but more so for the family and teammates of Bloomfield. Congrats!

Both games are in the Skydome. CP will be the best (FCS) team NAU's played. But NAU beat NoDak, & NoDak at home is probably better than SUU away from home. UNLV at home is probably better than SUU away from home, too.Screamin_Eagle174 wrote:dbackjon wrote: We will? News to the Jacks![]()

SUU and CP will be the best teams NAU has played. But I see your point, that two point win over UNC was awe inspiring!
Just because the T-Birds beat your team doesn't mean they're suddenly all world. They lost to winless Weber just last week.

I never said nor implied they were all world. But their 3 FCS losses are all by a score or less, and they're actually better on the road.Mvemjsunpx wrote:Both games are in the Skydome. What I said to myself where no one could hear so there wouldn't be any witnesses in case it didn't come true. Kinda of like everything else.

Re: Cal Poly v Sac St
Thanks CP. You guys are tough and there is no doubting that. CP's offense really kicked it into gear in the second half and our defense did jjjuuuusssssttttt enough to hold on. Some questionable decisions to pass on some points by CP HC but if that is how he has done it all season why change it up now.CPAlum wrote:Congratulation Sac ....those guys are every bit as good as I thought they were. Best of luck the rest of the season, I fully expect CP to rebound and make a run in the playoffs.
BTW this win clinches a winning season for us.
Re: Cal Poly v Sac St
That's a big win for Sac. State Congrats. Looks like a big 3 way rivalry is brewing between CP, Cal Davis and Sac St. That's going get fun in years to come

Re: Cal Poly v Sac St
Congrats on the big win. I never like to lose, but if we were going to lose this is the game I would choose. I hope it brought a small ray of hope to he Bloomfield family. Now finish strong Sac and maybe we will see you again in the playoffs. BTW, Safron is a STUD.SDHornet wrote:35-29 FINAL. HORNETS WIN!!!

That's the hope. Unfortunately most of our fans stayed home to watch the Giants game. Attendance didn't even crack 9k. Fucking pathetic.oceanvue wrote:That's a big win for Sac. State Congrats. Re: Cal Poly v Sac St
Well we drew 12k for Homecoming against Weber. I thought we would be able to hit close to 14k with a strong CP showing and a competitive Hornet team. Just a pathetic turnout, CP lived up to their end of the bargain, that side of the Stadium was pretty full.oceanvue wrote:"build it and they will come"

Safron had a great night, POTW will probably be coming his way. Now if he can just play that way every week our offense will do just fine.SloStang wrote:Congrats on the big win. Hats off to my Hornets, and a special thanks to the Cal Poly community. All that have posted, I ran into and sat by at the game, were very classy and gracious in defeat. This Hornet team keeps making me proud week in and week out. I still refuse to use that certain word, but I'm starting to get excited. Lets keep it rolling Hornets!

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
