leaving in 20 minutes for the Sox in Fort Myers. Only could get tickets vs the twins =/ but hopefully it will be a good game and the starters get out there for a little.

I'm stoked! Junior Ivy and I are going to a Tampa-Phils exhibition game next Friday at the Cit. Will be strange to see Burrell in a Rays uniform.dbackjon wrote:11 Days until Phillies open defense of World Series

I wanted to get that for myself however, I can't justify the money on it.Willie wrote:Thank God!dbackjon wrote:9 days!!

How can you boo this manchine?dbackjon wrote:You gonna boo him?

For all the shit phillies fans have given him, he left the city with class... anyone who boos Pat should have their phillies fan card revoked. Pat didn't want to leave, the Phillies didn't want to pay him and cut him loose.

Lets go RANGERS. Hopefully they can get a little pitching this season to match their power hitting.

Nope. I always liked Pat. He was a class act, and he got some big hits for us last year.dbackjon wrote:You gonna boo him?
I predict he hits a moon shot to left in his first AB and gets a standing O.

Phils-Bravos Sunday night!
Hope the Phils manage to break their home opener jinx -- they've lost something like 8 of their last 10.

Let us hope Brett Meyers doesn't beat his wife before the game, that would definitely put him in the wrong mind set for the game.

My Yankees are up 1-0 in the bottom of the 3rd. CC is pitching pretty well so far, and Ransom is doing very well at 3rd.
