We won our first in 1985, our 2nd year of I-AA eligibility and our 2nd in 1986.93henfan wrote:They cheated by never passing the ball. Nobody was expecting that shit.MadMaxMonarch wrote:

Nice try 93 ( ), but Tracy Ham passed for over 700 yards in those 2 championship games.

Oh yeah. I've seen the video. That was before my time. I was in middle school.Baldy wrote:We won our first in 1985, our 2nd year of I-AA eligibility and our 2nd in 1986.93henfan wrote:

For what it's worth, NDSU heard a lot of the same stuff about Lehigh being right at home in a dome.ODU89 wrote:Inside in a dome would be the ideal conditions for the spread offense. NDSU is a bad match-up for both GSU & ODU.

Methinks ODU is just a tad better than Lehigh.rkwittem wrote:For what it's worth, NDSU heard a lot of the same stuff about Lehigh being right at home in a dome.ODU89 wrote:

I don't recall commenting on how good 2011 Lehigh is compared to 2012 ODU, but NDSU heard plenty of the "dome is good for our passing attack"-type stuff last year. And their offense didn't work.93henfan wrote:Methinks ODU is just a tad better than Lehigh.rkwittem wrote: For what it's worth, NDSU heard a lot of the same stuff about Lehigh being right at home in a dome.

Well, we both have to get some triple-option-stoption before we need to get into that.rkwittem wrote:I don't recall commenting on how good 2011 Lehigh is compared to 2012 ODU, but NDSU heard plenty of the "dome is good for our passing attack"-type stuff last year. Flaggy explained to me that both sides of the clamshell are historic. They were a stimulus project under FDR. So yes, they are ancient.EWURanger wrote:ODU's stadium is really cool, but damn, that press box looks ancient.

ODU needs a turnover or three. They show no signs of slowing down GSU any other way.
