Hey as stated before when he first took over the reins at Grambling he wanted to update the facilities but the administration said no due to a lack of money at the time so he left and took a job in Tampa Bay's management.
My statement has more to do with what type of man he is away from the field. I won't mention how he's left every program he's been with hanging.

Well as stated before while at Grambling he wanted to update the facilities.No one is perfect everyone has a skeleton in his closet and Williams is no different.
