Of course an elementary school massacre is what brought about strict gun control in the UK. Australia is similar too.

You all do realize that China requires ID to buy large knives and that despite knife-control, they still have deranged people stabbing and killing kids with regularity, right?

The attacker was a jobless doctor who reportedly was venting frustration after a failed romantic relationship. The timing of the four incidents suggested the possibility of a “copycat” phenomena, in which criminals mimic sensational incidents after learning of them from media. There is no such thing as a semi auto assault rifle. An assault rifle is selective fire, meaning it can be fired in semi auto and full auto or burst.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that EWU fans have been among the largest azzclowns here.

I'm glad that their team got their butt kicked (forget about the final score...if that game were anywhere else besides the tampon bowl, and a couple questionable calls, it would have been a bigger blowout).

Sure, there are a couple NDSU fans on steroids, but really, they are new to this thing, and will get their azzes handed to them in the the next few years. They can't be all that serious abou themselves...after all, they only gained a few yards against some less than stellar Wofford and GSU defenses.

Extremists always want to ban things when tragedies happen. The Simpsons banned guns and guess what happened? ALIEN INVASION. I have no problem with someone owning a rifle, shotgun or a handgun. But assault rifles aren't necessary of the weekend warrior at the gun range. We need reform, you can own a gun but there are certain guns that don't need to be in the publics hand, like an Uzi.
