Meet new Blue Hen Buster Barchi, who happens to be the son of the Rutgers University President. He recorded 2 1/2 tackles last year for his school's JV team.

Perhaps, the pass-happy system Idaho State employs will yield a lot of touches, but the article indicated Idaho State would allow Burmeister to play both basketball and football.
