SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Great season by Craighead and the Lady Hornets. They have no reason to hang their head. 19-12 (13-7 BSC) with back to back BSCT appearances and 1st round wins is notable given the facility hurdle our programs have to overcome.

Montana beats NoCo in the title game by 13. The Bears looked kinda tired and just didn't have the energy necessary to beat the harassing Lady Griz defense.

- UNC 43-56 UMT; The Lady Griz shoot 27%, but win by double digits thanks to advantages everywhere else
- NoCo never cuts the deficit closer than 13 despite UM not make a FG over the last 9:30
UM compensated for bad inside shooting by going 40% from the arc and 95% from the line
