Boatload of people sporting Griz gear in the SLC airport this a.m. And one guy in a Weber sweatshirt.

I saw with my own two eyes a text from Trip that stated he saw a little kid wearing a Montana jersey over on the EC(b).

Met a retired teacher at my son's middle school yesterday who grew up in and taught in Missoula and went to the UofM.

She was neither loud nor cold.

Went hiking in Sedona a while back and had a chat with a UNI alum doing the Arizona winter snowbird thing.

Saw a kid wearing a Weber St. bowling jersey Saturday at the 'Ringin 10' tournament in Butte. He bowled the squad before me. I didn't even know Weber had a collegiate bowling team.

While at the Cooper River Bridge Run, I saw the following FCS schools represented

Obviously: College of Charleston, The Citadel, Coastal Carolina, Charleston Southern.
Not necessarily obvious: App State, Furman, Georgia Southern, VMI, Presbyterian, Newberry
The Rest: Gardner-Webb, Harvard, Leigh, Cal Poly, Montana, Northern Arizona, UNC-Charlotte

NAU cross country is to FCS distance running what NDSU football is to FCS football. Consistently competitive, often ranked in the top 20 and able to hang with the "big boys" in the BCS more often than not.

A Chadron State player/coach was on my plane recently. Heard him talking to the girl near him about the @Montana State game. I was hoping to catch him in the terminal when we landed but he was too far in front of me

With Flacco's name recognition now, they'll probably keep it in the rotation. If they ever wanted to display Flacco's collegiate best though, they need to show the Navy game. I was there and still get goosebumps from that one. 8 TDs between Flacco and Cuff.

I saw a Montana State shirt at the embassy in San Salvador yesterday.

Well that's kind of cheating since it belongs to my drinking buddy who went there. He's married to one of our officers here.

I had the kids at the park the other weekend and there was an old, bald, bearded guy there in a Montana sweatshirt with a young kid. Thinking it might be Grizo down here visiting with his great grandson, I went over and said hello. Turns out the guy was from Billings. I guess a lot of people in Montana have that look.

I have two sightings:
Car in the parking lot is decked out in App State magnets and stickers.
Piece of shit jeep was driving recklessly on the interstate and had a Montana State bumper sticker.

We kicked those pansy-ass fuckers out of Montana so they're moving to the biggest pansy-ass state in America. That's WTF.
