And the umps make it two in a row supposedly last night. Mike Scoscia and the Angels played a game under protest after the umps allowed the Astros to bring a pitcher into the game, have him warm up & then pull him without throwing a pitch (no injury) after a pinch hitter was announced. They don't even know the rules of MLB...
