Hell, African kings and peasants alike would sell captives/family into slavery to make some money.

It was a foul by Bosh on Green at the end. Hit him with the body, stopping his lift, and then blocking the shot. Take a look at the replays. Crawford and Mauer did what they were suppose to do.

There have been other players that were knocked down after having their shot get blocked and no foul was called.

Bosh hit Green prior to blocking the shot, not running into Green after the block as you stated.

I totally agree. And the bolded statement is why I refuse to compare the two, not becasue Lebron isn't on that level (he's in the neighborhood). It's because their mindset on court and personality are so different. MJ is the kid of guy that wants to win at everything and unless you go his way then he'll mow you down. He's stated himself that he's had to witness guys stepping up to believe that they can produce. Lebron isn't wired that way, him trying to play the douchebag is laughable. He doesn't have that in him.
