Darcis is really good. He has been playing great lately and this is proof that he belongs among the elite in tennis. Actually I have no idea what the hell I am saying.

No, no. I agree with this. I've been following Darcis since I had the chance to coach him at the Arthur Ashe Tennis Center when he was 12. I saw that his forehand was terrific, but I gave him some backhand pointers and net-rush techniques that really completed his game.

It shows. His serve is darn near flawless.93henfan wrote:CAA Flagship wrote:Darcis is really good. He has been playing great lately and this is proof that he belongs among the elite in tennis. Actually I have no idea what the hell I am saying.

Darcis can't play for shit on clay or hardcourt. There were other big upsets today. On the ladies' side, Errani got knocked out.

This opens things up a bit for Federer on his side of the draw, and I'd like to see him grab his 8th, but I still think he's too far over the hill to outlast Murray or Djoker. We shall see.

Murray for sure. But Federer could surprise us all.Grizalltheway wrote:This opens things up a bit for Federer on his side of the draw, and I'd like to see him grab his 8th, but I still think he's too far over the hill to outlast Murray or Djoker. We shall see.

Just clicked by the Women's Final.
Not much eye candy. The German chick isn't hideous, but the French chick...
Oh my.
That's a man, baby!

You know how the Little League World Series has an American team every year? The Wimbledon Women's Final should always have a Russian.
