Liberal Media Myth Officially Dead
With the seeding, propagation and growth of several Conk media outlets and personalities, there no longer exists the need to label certain media outlets as "liberal". They have their own croaking, troll-like voices that can be heard all over.
Now, the two ideals compete almost equally to polarize the nation and the world and make everyday life more and more ugly.

But for the liberal media suppressing the truth about Obama, we'd be listening to radio addresses from...
President McCain

Sorry Cap...you're full of sh@t. For the moment anyway, the media is still 90% liberal dribble...and the reason why all these liberal newspapers are going under is (just like Air America), the folks who actually give a damn about our COUNTRY'S success (and not just how much they can take for themselves) are the ones who listen to news and read the paper...
...as a rule gravitate to conservatism...
...which is WHY so many liberal-dribble daily newspapers are going under...
Nobody reads them anymore.
Good news is, Cap...with the eventual elimination of lying rags like the ChiLie twosome, SF Chron, NYT, etc...you'll finally be able to read REAL NEWS again, not just on Fox, CNS, IBD, WND, and CFP.

If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... Re: Liberal Media Myth Officially Dead
Ryan was a crook and deserved to be gutted. While he was the Secretary of State, his followers sold commercial drivers licenses to raise $ for his campaigns. One of the purchasers of those licenses drove his semi into a family van and killed the children. Ryan has their blood on his hands. His primary redeeming quality was that he suspended the death sentences of everyone on death row because there had been too many overturned convictions. The state would have been better off if Glenn Poshard (D) had been elected. He was more conservative and a little more honest (which is the sad reality in Illinois politics).travelinman67 wrote:The Trib WAS a conservative rag until the late '90's when it gutted Ryan...and one only look at their pattern of endorsing Dems, including Obama, over the past 5 years to know their TRUE editorial board position.Cleets Part 2 wrote:

The Trib pounds Da Mayor, Cook County Govt, and Illinois Govt (all run by Dems) on an almost daily basis. They point out incompetence and corruption where they see it.
They endorse the candidate they feel is the best for the job and I don't think Obama's endorsement was anywhere near unanimous but it had the majority.
I read the Trib 4 times a week and the editorials are more conservative than liberal while the opinion page columnists tend to be somewhat balanced (Clarence Page vs. Will, Navarro, etc.).

Media Having Trouble Finding Right Angle On Obama's Double-Homicide

The press hasn't figured out how best to display the gruesome crime-scene photos from the president's bloody rampage.
WASHINGTON—More than a week after President Barack Obama's cold-blooded killing of a local couple, members of the American news media admitted Tuesday that they were still trying to find the best angle for covering the gruesome crime.
"I know there's a story in there somewhere," said Newsweek editor Jon Meacham, referring to Obama's home invasion and execution-style slaying of Jeff and Sue Finowicz on Apr. 8. "Right now though, it's probably best to just sit back and wait for more information to come in. After all, the only thing we know for sure is that our president senselessly murdered two unsuspecting Americans without emotion or hesitation."
Added Meacham, "It's not so cut and dried."

Associated Press reporters investigate any possible gym training regimens the president might have used to get into peak physical condition for the murders.
Since the killings took place, reporters across the country have struggled to come up with an appropriate take on the ruthless crime, with some wondering whether it warrants front-page coverage, and others questioning its relevance in a fast-changing media landscape.
"What exactly is the news hook here?" asked Rick Kaplan, executive producer of the CBS Evening News. "Is this an upbeat human-interest story about a 'day in the life' of a bloodthirsty president who likes to kill people? Or is it more of an examination of how Obama's unusual upbringing in Hawaii helped to shape the way he would one day viciously butcher two helpless citizens in their own home?"
"Or maybe the story is just that murder is cool now," Kaplan continued. "I don't know. There are a million different angles on this one."
So far, the president's double-homicide has not been covered by any major news outlets. The only two mentions of the heinous tragedy have been a 100-word blurb on the Associated Press wire and an obituary on page E7 of this week's edition of the Lake County Examiner.
While Obama has expressed no remorse for the grisly murders—point-blank shootings with an unregistered .38-caliber revolver—many journalists said it would be irresponsible for the press to sensationalize the story.
"There's been some debate around the office about whether we should report on this at all," Washington Post senior reporter Bill Tracy said while on assignment at a local dog show. "It's enough of a tragedy without the press jumping in and pointing fingers or, worse, exploiting the violence. Plus, we need to be sensitive to the victims' families at this time. Their loved ones were brutally, brutally murdered, after all."
Nevertheless, a small contingent of independent journalists has begun to express its disapproval and growing shock over the president's actions.
"I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but we are in the midst of an economic crisis here," political pundit Marcus Reid said. "Why was our president ritualistically dismembering the corpses of his prey when he should have been working on a new tax proposal for small businesses? I, for one, am outraged."
The New York Times newsroom is reportedly still undecided on whether or not to print a recent letter received from Obama, in which the president threatens to kill another helpless citizen every Tuesday and "fill [his] heavenly palace with slaves for the afterlife" unless the police "stop the darkness from screaming."
"President Obama's letter presents us with a classic journalistic quandary," executive editor Bill Keller said. "If we print it, then we're giving him control over the kinds of stories we choose to run. It would be an acknowledgment that we somehow give the nation's commander in chief special treatment."
Added Keller, "And that's just not how the press in this country works."

Yeah, right, like all three of the original TV networks, CNN, MSNBC, every "national" newspaper except the Wall Street Journal, most surviving major city daily papers, the leading weekly "newsmagazines," and the massive Donk blogosphere. Yep, Cap'n, there's precious little media pablum out there for libs to spoon-feed themselves with. Regarding "The Media" of which Rush Limbaugh is the highest paid Media voice in the world..!!! and yet they all unanimously decline admitting they listen to him... too hysterical
2) Republican tantrums
Regarding government spending... of which The party in office today has admitted to over the past 30 years that it will tax and spend - Yet the party that was just removed from office never came clean about it's motives and never admitted to it's actions... which were plain to see:
The moral of the story:
Democrats say they are going to spend... and do
Republicans say they are not going to spend and then lie
The other moral of the story:
The media is an exact reflection of it's core supporters... from CNN, MSNBC, O'reilly to Rush... they are as they should be and are perfect examples...
Life is good... the water is nice
the sun rises on the wicked and the woe-begotten, giving all the same opportunity every morning to do whats in their hearts...

Yep, Cap'n, there's precious little media pablum out there for libs to spoon-feed themselves with. SMFH.
