Joe, if you can't hate the Red Sox after passing the Yankee fans for by FAR the most insufferable assholes in all of sports... what can you hate?

Hate that ESPN is their mouthpiece
Hate that Bill Simmons exists at all, or that anyone, anywhere thinks he's a good writer, even though all he is is "that drunk" at every bar in New England
Hate them for the 14,000 books about 2004 that were written in the three months following the season.
Hate them for letting Jimmy Fallon on the field during their World Series celebration
Hate them for calling their "nation" great fans when they couldn't sell out a 35,000 seat bandbox before 2003.
Hate them for waving 2 World Series in our lifetimes around like it's validation of all-time greatness when it's really on par with the blue jays, twins, marlins, cardinals, phillies...
Hate them for turning mediocre hitters into superheroes due to hype (Jason Varitek, Kevin Millar)

Seriously, sometime around '03 they surpassed the Yankees as the most insufferable franchise in sports... and they haven't looked back.

and fine... if you "can't hate them" or won't because i think it might actually piss their fans off more... (if so... good form) then I will hate them double in your stead.

Fan of the Mariners, hate the Yankees and Red Sox. The Angels suck too. 8-)

You can add to that, for some reason they think that winning 2 world series in a decade, let alone history, is enough to make fun of the Yankees, and bash them for not being aruond in October (see Travis' old signature joke)

(im also closet Twins fan for some reason)

Not much of a MLB fan. :?

I halfway pay attention to the Cardinals and A's.
