Since when did BYU join the West Coast Conference if that is the case then they should be picked over conference champ Gonzaga.

As stated before they should be kings of the WCC over Gonzaga. When March Madness rolls around those two should be on center stage!!!!

I'd love to see UOP pull the upset to take the WCC auto-bid, but you guys are probably right that it'll be a battle between Gonzaga and BYU.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Except that Gonzaga has owned them since they joined 2 full years ago, this will be the 3rd year in the WCC for BYU. I am not sure who will win it this year but if memory, what little is left, serves me right, BYU lost Davies this year but not much else.

He graduated and is now free to have sex with lots of women.....he is in the NBA. (Not sure if he will make the final roster yet, but there for now)

Since going to the WCC BYU is 1 win and 4 losses to Gonzaga for conference play. (1 Tournament loss)

Yes, there is THAT possibility. Then again, UOP DID beat St. Mary's last year....

They already did. A month or so after UOP beat St. Mary's in a tournament, St. Mary's beat UOP in a regularly scheduled game.

I doubt it. UOP games are rarely televised except on the Internet. That trend will continue this season, as the WCC TV plan only includes UOP something like TWICE, while Gonzaga gets a ZILLION TV games (or so it seems).

I won't know until I see some games. Gonzaga generally has a few, and there are usually a couple spread between the Bay Area teams. Not sure about the others.

Those ACC title games might be just as exciting as the national title game.
