What if you end up playing NDSU in the round of 16, like TSN is projecting?

They were playing pretty tough before their last loss, YSU if SIU goes down.

You need a Patriot autobid. Fordham is not eligible. Who do you kick out?

NDSU has been in the Eastern bracket the last couple years. All depends on the seeding.

NDSU
EWU
UM
MSU
CCU
Towson State
YSU
SHSU

Keep laughing, buddy, there's no way we lose twice to you in one season. Just ask Weber. :coffee:

Just like there was no way you'd lose to us, then no way you'd lose to NAU two years in a row?
3rd head coach and offensive philosophy change in five years for Montana. They will have the new offense down by the playoffs.

Oh, wasn't aware of that. Then it'll be Lehigh and EIU will get the #6 seed.

Why?
I think because they started offering scholarships before the rest of the conference.

Right. The PL actually did themselves a huge favor by making Fordham ineligible for the auto as they will most definitely get an at-large if they win out, giving the PL two teams in. Sorry Z, I wasn't clear that you need Fordham AND a PL auto in there.

I could see 4 of those teams not making it.

This year will be beyond wacky ... it will come down to the brackets, seeding and who snags the home-game 'bids'.

I have not seen the rules for this year, but the only way it can work is for 8 teams to get 'byes'
If only 5 of those teams are seeded, you have to figure at least 2 of the 'bye' teams could be on the road.

And since only 8 teams will be getting 'byes' there will be 3 or 4 really good ball clubs playing in week one that will have some mo'(jo) going into week two.
