Okay...I'm going to do everything I can to help you.
Are you trying to say that....
"In the link I provided in the first post there is a picture of the NCAA Final Four 2000 video game cover. On that cover there is basketball player wearing a Duke uniform, and that is why I believe the NCAA may be in trouble."
If so, here's why you're wrong.
1. You are correct that college video games always use athletes in college uniforms. That is where you stop being right.
2. That is Trajon Langdon. He played for Duke from 1995-1999. That video game is for the basketball season of 1999-2000, and came out in November of 1999. That means that he was no longer in college, he was no longer an amature athlete, it means he was paid to be on the cover of the video game - which was legal because he was no longer a college athlete.
3. That same thing happens all the time. Tim Tebow on the cover of NCAA 11? Yep, no longer a college athlete. RG3 on NCAA12? No longer a college athlete. No college athlete has ever been put on the cover of a video game.
4. Playstation never made a video game...ever...Playstation isn't even a company. It's a system made by Sony.
5. I don't wish to continue because your list of errors is far too long
