Kurt Suziki singles with 1 out in the 8th,.... Nice run for Wake today... woulda been a grea story for him to get a no hitter, but still a great game today by Wake.

I was wondering why u were cheering on Sox players lol

Pedroia went 4-6, Ortiz had a double and triple and the Sox won 12-1 behind spot starter Justin Masterson who filled in for Daisuke Matsuzaka.

and if the Yankees lose tonite there in second...

Minnesota comes to town tomorrow for two and then a three game set this weekend with the Yankees...

I heard Ortiz is negotiatin with John Henry and Hank Steinbrenner to move the series to NY.... but Steinbrenner started crying at the thought of Ortiz taking aim at right field there and has offered to play the entire season series at Fenway....

Also I heard Hanky might order the other clubhouse torn up looking for another Ortiz jersey

BoSoxs 11-game winning streak snapped on fielding error ... That's a shame
It didn't start well, with Mark DeRosa lashing his fourth hit of the game into right field. But a sacrifice bunt, which pushed DeRosa to second, and a swinging strikeout by Grady Sizemore left the onus on Asdrubal Cabrera.

With Cabrera's grounder to Kevin Youkilis at first base, it appeared the game would move to the 10th. But Lopez, at first base covering, couldn't hold on to Youkilis's throw, the ball popping up and off his glove. It landed behind him, DeRosa continued home, and the Sox' 11-game winning streak was over, with a 9-8 loss in front of 19,613 at Progressive Field.

4 uneearned runs on the night.... I want to send Brad Penny and Julio Lugo to Mexico....

I think its time to give up on the Penny experiment and recall Clay Buchholz.
