The Eagles still control their own destiny. The defense crapped the bed big time today. Chip can't pull an Andy again with McCoy.

Eagles at Cowgirls was just announced by NBC as the flex game.

NFC East Championship Game is the final game of the 2013 regular season in primetime. :thumb:

I like that the Eagles feel they have something to prove (which they do) after the first meeting with Dallas. All the momentum is in the Eagles favor at this point. Should be a good Sundya night of football for Eagles fans.

I heard Romo hurt his back yesterday? I want no excuses. Either way, I think the Birds roll. Chip has them firing on all cylinders. I expect him to crank up the pace big-time this week - it'll look like the 1st half of the season opener again.

trust me, Romo's history is enough for us to fuss over, on the list of excuses his back in #100. At this point I'd blame Danny White before I blame Romo's back.

You know a Chip Kelly offense will never work in the NFL. He'll follow the path of college washouts like Spurrier & Saban and be back beating Nicholls St by 70 in a year or two.... :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:

The game last night was a lot closer than I had hoped but the bottom line - the Eagles went from worst to 1st. 4-12 last year to 10-6 this year, a 6-game improvement - the largest ever in franchise history!!

Me too, 93. Who ever thought the Birds would get this far?

I was wrong about the Dallas game outcome, but I did say that Orton would throw for 300+ yards. Since the Cowboys have abandoned the running game, I guess that's no surprise. ;)
