Congrats to the Bison. Kick some ass in the championship.

He was definitely down there. Officials blew the call.

Quite the beatdown.

NDSU so far in these playoffs:
38-7 over Furman
48-14 over CCU
45-7 (and counting) over UNH

A remarkable performance and perhaps the most dominating playoff run since 2003 Delaware.
If they go 16-0 will be the 1st time a NC has gone undefeated since I believe 96' Marshall that went 15-0 with 6 future NFL players, including with Randy Moss and Chad Pennington, whom some called the greatest I-AA team ever. They never had a win closer than 2 TDs all season.

45-7 with 2 minutes to go in the 3rd and NDSU has almost ALL their starters in....O-line, Jensen, Crockett, etc., etc. WTF?

NDSU can only go 15-0. They played 11 regular-season games.

LOL

Pretty much what I expected in a game. UNH did not match up against the Bison.

UNH had barely 100 yards of offense against the #1 Bison defense.

42-2 in the last 44 games..... :notworthy:

Congrats Bison. That was ridiculous. I botched the score but thought you would win. Can't see how you don't threepeat.

Record speaks for itself. Good win by NDSU. From a fans perspective, not sure how to tell what NDSU has considering the poor play of their post season opponents. Other teams like to implode with very little pressure IMO. Just happy to make the playoff's? Hope NDSU fans are sincere about wanting to play the best in the NC game, because EWU rolls today. :D

Maybe teams 'implode as you call it' because the Bison defense takes them out of their game. They are pretty good.

Furman-CC-UNH are good teams.....NDSU is just a lot better.

It's possible, haven't had the privilege of seeing NDSU in person and TV (listening to Kelly Stouffer) doesn't give the full field view or insight of the action. Mentioned the record speaks for itself. Very impressive. Watched several MVFC games this season and didn't see play that was heads and shoulders above other conferences except NDSU. Senior led teams are harder to beat for sure. Looking forward to seeing in person. Go Eags.

MV teams do play the Bison tough but probably for a familiarity thing.

EWU/Towson will be a great match up today.

NDSU is more than "pretty good". The coaching is readily apparent. NDSU's defensive players might not be the NY Giants of the late 80s, but they are in the right position on just about every play and play with consistent, sound fundamentals. No badly missed tackles like you're going to see over and over again in today's game. I am familiar with EWU's style, and having watched TU in person and on TV multiple times this year, they are always a lazy missed arm tackle away from a quick six for the offense. Pardon me for channeling Madden, but the winner today will be the one who scores the most points. Get your popcorn ready.

EIU's defense was pathetic and Towson exploited it in the bad weather last week. I'm just not convinced that EWU's defense can stop the Towson running game. If they can slow it down they win IMO, because the Towson passing game is not great.

Definitely a fun match up to watch today.
