Gentlemen. It's Christmas time. Christmas is Jesus' birthday. Tim Tebow loves Jesus, and Jesus loves Tim Tebow.

Save the Tebow bashing for Dec 26th please. A little class goes a long way.

Thank you.

As per Tebow, I still think Jacksonville should have started him this year. At least they would get more money from merchandise. :thumb:

The Cowboys sign Jon Kitna, two years retired, to serve as Orton's back-up. He was selected over David Carr, John Skelton, Tyler Thigpen, Caleb Hanie, and Richard Bartel. While Kitna was an average QB at best, I do admire the dude for becoming a math teacher in a low-income area after leaving the NFL.

See, now I really wish Romo was healthy. If the Eagles defense is torched by Kyle Orton or Jon Kitna, then    .

I don't. The Eagles are tremendously hot right now and I think the Minnesota game was the wake-up call they needed.

Didn't Minnesota just get rolled by Cinci?

I agree - between havin the Vikes wake them up and the fact that they shat the bed last time they played the Cowboys, this is a game the Eagles should really dominate. It should be a score-at-will-game for the Eagles and they should win this going away.

Ganny, you used three "shoulds" in that last post. 8-) I wish I shared your optimism, but the Curse of Philadelphia suggests a 30-28 Boys victory. Kyle Orton goes over 300 yards.

I think you are underestimating how bad the Cowboys' D is. I say Philly scores at least 35, so the question becomes can the philly D stop Orton?

Way too long...which means, they are clouding the facts with numbers.

for all his faults and ill timed ints, Romo wasn't the biggest issue. Let's not forget the offense was the 3rd highest scoring in the league. The efense? 25th. So if the Boys get boatraced on Sunday it'll be more because they couldn't stop the Eagles than it will be because Shane Falco is the QB.

OXNARD, CA—According to sources inside the Dallas Cowboys training staff, quarterback Tony Romo returned to the practice field Thursday for the first time since undergoing surgery to remove a painful ovarian cyst. “Tony appears to have responded well to the procedure, and given the rate at which his ovarian cyst was growing, I'm glad we got in there when we did,” said Dr. Peter Baskin, who removed the four inch fluid-filled sac after the signal-caller reported constant abdominal discomfort during voluntary OTA’s. “If we had waited any longer, it very well could have spread to his uterus. Hopefully Tony can still have children.” Baskin told reporters that there will most likely be some scarring along the fallopian tubes, but Romo’s range of motion should remained unaffected.
