Yup - just like there should be a scale in women's clothing stores. Certain items of clothing (tube tops, thongs, stretch pants, etc.) shouldn't be available for purchase by any woman over the weight limit.

I actually own two tube tops.

I saw a woman at the gas station last night who was apparently too lazy, since I didn't see anything physically wrong with her, letting her what looked to be about seven year old son pump gas. And he didn't know WTF he was doing, he kept asking questions about every little thing. I was expecting the whole thing to go up at some point.

THEN she sent her what looked to be 5 or so year old daughter in to pay! This wasn't in a great neighborhood either. WTF???

There was a time when it made sense to have eleventeen kids - it was pre-New Deal, infant mortality was high, overall life expectancy was lower, and we had a more agrarian economy so if you wanted to eat, you had the kids plow the fields. Some people continue to spit out kids like a penny slot machine today with no repercussions regarding welfare entitlement. It's not just the welfare recipients either - if you make $40K combined and decide that 12 kids make sense for you (only because your wife's uterus fell out on the last one) AND you can make it work without tapping the welfare teat, then knock yourself out. I'm certainly no fan of the Chinese system where a boy child is going for $73 on the market now. That being said, people have to be educated that the system won't pay them for trying to populate the world with a single uterus. Cut off government funding for any more than X kids, or taper benefits accordingly.

I think blacks and Mexicans should have to report, beginning at age 9, to Children and Family Services for, first, a drug test, then, required birth control. Would clear up a lot of problems for the rest of us.
