Bulldogs steal TJ Foster from Cardinals saw this on twitter!!!!! Hope they used this guy 6-3 170 in passing game?????

Better yet...do you really think SCSU stole him from Louisville? If he were going to start at Louisville right away...he'd be at Louisville.
