Official Yankees Veneration Thread

Post by JoltinJoe »

All you fans of the lesser teams (that is, consisting of all other MLB teams) offer your praise and veneration to Yankees here.

All of baseball exists to exalt the Yankees. :notworthy:

Now that's some appropriate veneration. (I think Derek Jeter dated all three).

Just think of all those Yankee greats among the monuments: Horace Clarke, Hector Lopez, Jake Gibbs, Phil Linz, Dooley Womack... 8-)

Celerino Sanchez, Danny Cater, Steve Balboni, Brien Taylor
Cater and Balboni were actually pretty decent players. And we turned a Cater into Sparky Lyle.

And Celerino Sanchez was pretty fun to watch. Solid defensive player who often used his chest a rather than his glove to stop a bad bounce. He played third base like Goggles Pisano would have.
