the elk numbers are returning to what their original carrying capacity was... which in turn is allowing the other species that were being squeezed out by the huge elk herds consumption of resources.

just because it's not good for hunters doesn't mean it wasn't a good thing.

Wolves have been eating school children and rural farmers by the train load this past winter..!!!!
