Hannity is on a legit news channel. The other is on the channel that gave us Crank Yankers.
Oh I agree, but more and more millennials are getting their "news" from the Colberts and Stewarts of the world. :dunce:

I wonder why young people are ignoring traditional, biased media sources for those of a comedian who makes jokes to prove a point? Hmm.. :coffee:

Colbert and Stewart are more legitimate news sources and less biased than Fox.

I get my TV news from ABC, because I think Diane Sawyer is hot. Also because political reporter Jonathan Karl gets under White House Press Suckretary Carney's thin skin.

I also like BBC America for the international stuff.

Unfortunately, I do have to interact with ignorant millennials on a daily basis. You represent them well. :dunce: :ohno:

Well after reading this thread I have come to several conclusions...

1) The world will be inherited by Millennials
2) but only after being ripped out of the cold dead hands of the mostly fat mostly angry overly self important conservatives hanging on like death until the very end as they squeeze every last nickle out of the charred playing field and ferret into their dusky molded bank accounts
3) This cycle will repeat (for infinity)

When a more pleasing solution would be something like:
Well it's yours to do with as you please, Might I suggest you consider a few things before we go..?

We've become a nation of instant gratification and short attention spans. Nobody wants to think anymore.

People who watch Stewart and Colbert want to laugh, people who listen to Limbaugh want to be told what to think. Nobody wants to think for themselves.

Laugh at your own jokes. Laughing at other people's jokes is lazy and is a product of the instant gratification mindset of our society.

A Daily Show / Colbert viewer should recognize sarcasm.

That's true. I enjoy Colbert for his slant on the news but in no way should anyone take what he (or any newscaster) says as the Gospel truth. That's the problem. People listen to Rush, Hannity, Maddow, Stewart, o'reilly and they think these guys are giving un biased, cold hard facts.

This is not news. It began with the very first television commercial and accelerated with the development of the PC and the Internet. :twocents:
