Flu Prevention Success Rates?
What is the efficacy of the flu prevention programs?
Anybody have a handle on the data?
Seems like the guidance has been that the innoculations are important for the very old and very young, but maybe not so important to others.
Like the "blowback" that occurs so often in foreign affairs, there are always "unintended consequences."

"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."

Juvenile Delinquents
dbackjon,
You have initiated an important topic worthy of discussion.
My questions to you:
1. Do you wish your thread to be discussed seriously, civilly, and rationally?
2. Based on your past experience, do you think the juvenile delinquents among the posters to the political folder in general, and this thread in particular, will ever tire of congratulating themselves on successfully lighting their own farts, and finally get on with the business of discussing your topic?

No one is blaming Republicans for this disaster, just lack of good priorities.

It's like the GOP wanting to eliminate the Dept. of Energy in the late 90's... then Enron manipulated the CA power grid in the summer of 99 and they mysteriously stopped advocating for it.dbackjon wrote:Not at all.
