NO SHIT SHERLOCK. The question though, is if it will help. I don't think America will ever overcome it's puritanical ways. We're a country of prudes(except for the whores).

Seriously, if the power structure were for real about the war on drugs they'd get all those off-shore bankers in a room and say "Boys, we can do this the easy way or the hard way, but one way or another you're going to stop laundering drug money.....". (At which point every member of Congress would blanche at the thought of their slush fund dwindling away to nothing).
