I'm more comfortable in a pick em game, but I don't know of any of those on ESPN or Yahoo
Gawdamu.

I'll take a look at both of them and then set one up. Give me a few days

BTW, it's really easy to pick a team. It's not a draft system like what the NFL normally is, we can have the same players on our team. You get a set salary amount (say $100M) and then you have to select 11 starters and 5 or 6 backups, and you can pick your formation (3-4-3, 3-5-2, etc.). Obviously some players are worth much more than others (i.e. Suarez was worth more than all of Titties strikers combined) so you have to choose wisely. Then throughout the season you can a limited amount of transfers (say 20) where you can sell a player for whatever reason (i.e. they are hurt, their value is dropping and you want to cash out before it's too late, etc.), to buy another player. ESPN makes you 'reset' your rosters at the halfway point and you're given another 20 transfers for the remainder of the season.
And depending on the position, that determines the point value of a stat. i.e. a defender goal would be worth 8 points compared to 4 points for a striker.
Also, you can only pick up until the first game of the week. So if there is a game on Thursday, but the rest of the games are on saturday/sunday, you really have to keep an eye on the injury wire and what not because your team is locked the minute of the first game.
Anyways, it's pretty fun. And you're pretty smart cleanse, I think you'll figure it fairly quickly

Oh...dear...god...

It continues

Press Association Sport understand Southampton players Morgan Schneiderlin and Jay Rodriguez are close to signing for Tottenham. #THFC

@SimonPeach 13m

I am told Schneiderlin & Rodriguez are close to linking up with former #SaintsFC boss Pochettino at #THFC. It never rains but it pours.

Not to mention the fact that their owner who built the club died and left the club to his daughter... that probably doesn't give a shit beyond $$.

They bought Shaw, Lovren, Lallana, Chambers, and Lambert for 9.5m pounds. They've sold them for 91m pounds.

Basically they are the Marlins except that the Marlins do that once they have won a championship and the Marlins have no chance of being relegated.

Those that want to do a fantasy league...

Would you prefer classic scoring where your overall scoring is ranked against other players in the league throughout the season? Or would you prefer head-to-head scoring where you play each week against a player in the league with a W-3 points, D-1 point, L-0 points?

Holy crap. Can you blame them? That's a hell of a ROI.

I've created a league in Fantasy Premier League called THIRST.

Yep, that's right. Just to piss of 93, it's called THIRST.

You shouldn't need the league code, but just in case here it is: 523809-134433.

Shit is about to get real ugly in Southampton...

The club has released a statement saying

“Jay Rodriguez and and Morgan Schneiderlin are not for sale, and they will be a part of our club as we enter the new season,” said the chairman. “They are part of the core that we have decided to keep at Southampton. In and around Jay, Morgan and the rest of our core players, we’re excited to continue to build forward.

Well, that pissed off Schneiderlin, whom has put his transfer request in. He wants out of the Saint pretty bad, as would I after watching my whole club get sold but then be told "You, you're not for sale. We sold every good player we had except you and Jay and now you're stuck here".

Turns out, they also didn't tell him that was going to happen before the released their statement...led to this from his official twitter account

Morgan Schneiderlin ‏@SchneiderlinMo4 42m
6 years of an amazing journey #saintsfc DESTROYED in 1 hour !!!

He's also unfollowed everyone/thing associated with Southampton. Sounds like he is about to "force" his way out.

Watching a lot of these international cup matches... Roma is boring as fuck.

During the match against Real Madrid that's on now they had their 4 defenders kick the ball side to side 5 full side and backs, then worked it to the keeper and then tried going back and forth some more and Bale got sick of it so he room the ball away

That's all they do. Get the ball in the defensive half and play "catch" for 2 or 3 minutes then try to bomb it down field

RM on the other hand is extremely fun to watch

I only get it as part of my sports package...

If i watch one thing every week or two in it they are doing pretty good. Most of it isn't worth watching, but they occasionally have something that i wouldn't miss it i don't have to

Boring as hell.

Is La Liga pretty much all the way Real played? That was pretty damn fun to watch. If so I'll try to catch more of those games.
