Most times yes. Sometimes no. But the point is that the guy that got shot to death by a cop in Ferguson was an asshole and you don't know that the shooting was not reasonable. There's an account that the asshole was charging the cop when he was shot and you don't know that the account is untrue.

And there's this constant Black paranoia thing in the background. EVERYBODY is out to get us. EVERY time something happens that's the case. EVERYTHING bad that happens to us is somebody else's fault. Never mind that the society has been bending over backwards to help us for the last four or five decades while making excuses for us during the entire period.

There are also accounts that the kid had his hands up and you don't know that the accounts are untrue but you've already decided. Sounds like maybe a little bit of that paranoia is justified....

Now wounded, Brown and his buddy start to run and the officer orders Brown to "stop or I'll shoot" (or words to that effect). Brown, already shot once, from a distance less than 20', turns facing the officer, then charges the officer. The officer (failing to utilize the Holder approved, "If the crook is black, they're justified to violently attack" cops protocol), fearing for his life, shoots Brown until he drops ...falling 3 to 4 steps short of the target he's trying to kill...

...would the officer still be at fault?

I fucking lived with a gay black man, a Mexican, and an alcoholic for over a year... So it's okay if you, as a white male, use "friends" as experience but no one else?

I work with an African American male... He sits 5 feet to my left at work... Is my supervisor and hang out with him outside of work.

I've worked with families (almost exclusively minority/non Christian) , for years, that are well below the poverty level with drug and alcohol issues, broken homes, etc...

My experience doesn't count though because I'm white and not gay though, does it?
