First US Ebola Patient Dies

Israel National News ^

Thomas A. Duncan, who became ill with Ebola after arriving from West Africa in Dallas two weeks ago, succumbed to the virus today (Sunday), reports Reuters. Duncan was fighting for his life at a Dallas hospital on today after his condition worsened to critical, according to the director of the US Centers for Disease Control.
The Dallas hospital that admitted him did not recognize the deadly disease at first and sent him home, only for him to return two days later by ambulance.

Ebola Patient's Family Indignantly Complaining About Quarant

Post by travelinman67 »

Utterly clueless...

http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/as- ... story.html

Duncan lies about being exposed to gain temporary visa, transporting a plague halfway around the world, hugging and kissing along the way. His family, now exposed and potential carriers, is upset that they are quarantined and that more is not being done to save Duncan.

Remarkably blind to the magnitude of the situation.

Anyone wonder why their homeland is experiencing a pandemic?

OK, in my county now. Time to cut off the kneegrows flying in for a bit. Their travel is not as important as my health. I literally walked into this hospital's emergency room with my hand sliced open five years ago. Glad that was five years ago.

Obama tells me that I shouldn't be worried, so I'm not. Look at what he has done for health care, insurance and keeping what we have had.

Obama also tells me that medical care here is much different in Africa and that it will not spread here as it has there and I think he should know the differences in medical care between here and there. :twocents:

Ebola.. eh.. not too worried about it.

am I doing this right yet?

More worried about our government starting another war with Syria (trying to remove Assad, and creating a fake terror group isis who keeps getting caught with American well everything from humvees, to guns, to ammo..

Anyway, also that they staged the Sandy Hook thing and got bused.. That was pretty big news.. bigger than Ebola that is likely blown way out of proportion.
