I think we've already found out plenty. The guy was struggling in the car with the cop, got shot in the hand, then got shot a whole lot more when he confronted the cop moments later. Excessive number of shots? Yeah, probably. But blood inside the car and on the officer looks pretty bad for Brown.

Well if they said he was shot in the back, that's good enough for me. The medical examiners who did the autopsy are probably just racist and want to ensure open season on black youth continues. :coffee:

OK, enough with the smart azz remarks, how do you what really happened? The only fact we know is he was shot at close range in the hand. This where witnesses come into play. As far as I can recall, we have at least 6 witnesses who stated that they saw what happened.

The one question I have is whether Brown attacked the officer in the car. Kleany, do you think that Wilson backed up and stopped so close that he was able to reach out and grab him by the neck? And then hold him for the duration of the "altercation" at the car? I say no. I think Brown did attack him. Did Brown reach for his gun? I don't know, and I don't think it will matter. It will come down to the need to shoot Brown after Wilson got out of the car. Not sure if Wilson will have a good excuse for that. But I don't think Brown is as innocent as Johnson claims. "Gentle Giant"? Ha. The video from the store proves that wrong.

As far as I can recall, we have at least 6 witnesses who stated that they saw what happened.
And we have that video where somebody can be heard talking in the background about how Brown was charging the police officer.

Here's the problem: The Black community there is clearly not interested in an objective search for the truth. We know that from things like them getting upset when the video exposing Brown for what he really was came out. We had the "gentle giant" and "would never hurt anybody" thing going then the video of him bullying that store clerk came out. And when it came out the Black community acted like there was something wrong with that truth showing Brown to be what he was (a thug) coming out.

Now we have the Black community there getting upset with more truth coming out.

It's pretty clear that they're not invested in the truth. They're focused on their "everybody's out to get us" paranoia.

Thug Son's Mother Reveals True Colors

Post by travelinman67 »

Momma Thug enforces rights to solely profit from son's death...

http://fox2now.com/2014/10/22/police-in ... relatives/
ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – In a recent statement, Michael Brown’s mother asked that her son not be part of self-serving business or political actions as she pleaded that he be remembered for the good.

A reported assault and theft this past weekend may dramatically underscore that sentiment. It happened Saturday night, October 18th, at about 8:15 pm in the parking lot of Red’s BBQ.  It`s the corner of Canfield and West Florissant, just blocks from where Michael Brown was shot and killed.

Police sources tell us Brown`s Grandmother, Pearlie Gordon, along with Brown`s Cousin Tony Petty, were selling t-shirts and other Michael Brown merchandise.A police report describes a car pulling up and several people getting out.  One of those people, was reported to be Michael Brown`s Mom, Lesley McSpadden.  A witness described McSpadden yelling ‘You can`t sell this s%$&”  One of the relatives, who was selling, reportedly demanded McSpadden show a document proving she had a patent.

The police report says that`s when an unidentified person with McSpadden assaulted Petty so violently that it resulted in a 911 call.  A witness tells Fox 2 that the weapon was a metal pipe or pole.  The suspect reportedly struck Petty in the face.  Medics then took him to Christian Northeast Hospital.  The witness said the assault suspect grabbed merchandise and a box of cash believed to contain about $1,400.It appears surveillance cameras could have captured the fight and be part of police evidence.

Police report no arrests at this time.We reached out to the local Brown family attorney, Anthony D. Gray and he declined to comment.
