Not sure how it actually ended, but they made it difficult on him. Another guy parked his car in the street in front of his house, when he had ample driveway space, during a big snow storm. The plows came by and threw snow and ice up against the side of his car causing many dents. Insurance company made it difficult for him to collect repair money.
