Cap'n Cat's Greatest Fear Of All.....

Post by Cap'n Cat »

....besides Mama Cat findin' out I fucked a goat when I was 16....

A New Conservative Jihad in the U.S.

Things are going pretty well for the lefties right now, but I can't help but think that there ain't gonna be some bloodshed again come 2012, even if Obama does even moderately well. They're not going to stand for not being in power for too long.

I envision fat rich fuckhead Right To Life, Inc. housewives and their KidsGap enrobed toddlers on a jillion suburban street corners with fetus posters again, Michigan Militia branches popping up all over the fucking place, a renewed and more vicious round of clinic bombings, CSUBUCDAD attempting to assassinate Obama, hate crimes vs gays, Mexicans, blacks, Jews and over other fucking minority whose kids are doing better in school than their yellow-toothed, booger-nosed trailer spawn, Jesus "die-ins" on statehouse steps and all that shit.

Politically, living in the 80's sucked for a liberal and I'm sure we'll protect our gains better this time, but the right won't sit still for another four years of a Democrat president and Congress without a

nasty,

vicious,

hateful

culture war.

As a young man emerging from the college life of the 70s, the sudden swing away from the very liberal 70s, replaced by the whack wing conservatives was totally nauseating, and I ain't even talking about the politics.

Nancy Reagan, yuck!

You ain't kidding.

I had a lot of fun in the 80's, my college years were '82 through 5/86, but that first Conk jihad sucked bad. Abortion, Jesus, Gays, Porn.......everything!!

My only solace and middle finger to the Right? There was some incredible adult erotica that came out during that time!

Weed is one of The Cap'ns stage props. Like anal beads.

Though I enjoys me a puff or two, it is decidedly a rare treat.

Reminds me of some sage advice I heard once from a speaker at a commencement I attended while a youngster...some older cat, who's rep was not always "clean", but despite his character flaws, he had advanced to a high position of power...and his sole message was, "perserverance ALWAYS wins out over flawed philosophy".

One of a few pieces of advice I take to heart.

No offense Topher, but his message is utterly self evident. In what context did he make such a profound observation?
"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."

Holy crap where did that hippie get a picture of a dead alien? :o

Don't worry Cap'n my generation & the one after me are much more enlightened & tolerant. I think we are actually turning a corner in race & gay relations, religion is dying, people are living for their own happiness & not letting some figure head telling them how to live. Everything will be ok for the liberals.
