Am I missing something here? Seems like the biggest WTF hire since Auburn hired Gene Chizik.

Callahan was unique in his absolutely miniscule intelligence level. Couldn't even change the name of the plays for the Raiders a year into his tenure there, therefore letting Gruden's Tampa Bay team to know all the calls before the snap in the Super Bowl.
