Every year is a transition year for the Tots since all they do is sell off their best players every year! Kane will be as good as gone to a real contender in a year or two.

If by youngest you meant not really the youngest (with teams ahead of them in the EPL standings Chelsea, ManU, Liverpool, Southampton, and Arsenal being younger), then yes, they are the youngest team.
