Justified, if you do not like the outcome, lay down when you are told and follow directions.
So by those standards, you should be dead as of a few weeks ago, yet you're still here.

Darn. :coffee:
Why?

I listened took my beating and moved on with things. The person in question is the one that needs to worry about it in the future, not you.

IF deadly force is warranted, then you shoot until the threat is stopped. And it may have taken 13+ shots, which isn't a huge amount from multiple officers, because in the majority of police shootings, unfortunately, the majority of shots are misses. How many times was the guy hit? Was it 13 shots and 11-12 hits, or 13 shots and 2-3 hits? I bet it was closer to 2-3 as opposed to 11-12.

Must've been a boulder to break that window.

Here's what I see:

A police officer approaches a man and a struggle ensues.
For some reason, the police officer backs off, as if the suspect has something in his hand. The back up officers, start shooting. I noticed at least one officer went around the car as he started to chase the suspect.
The suspect runs into the intersection, but at 13-14 seconds, he pauses...he appears to put his left arm out towards the police officers.
The suspect then continues to run again, but his left hand stays out from his body at an angle…that is not how people run. does the suspect have anything in his hand?
At 19-20 seconds, the suspect stops, turns around, and appears to bring that left hand up once, then he starts to drop that hand, and then he starts to crouch, brings the left hand up with the right hand also coming up. But, the hands are coming together, up and out, towards the officers, instead of going straight up.

I don't know what the suspect had in his hand, if anything. But the actions, in low light, drew fire from three police officers.

If the suspect had a gun, or anything that looked like a gun...then the officers actions are definitely warranted.

I'd want to wait until I hear the officers testimonies, but from the video, it isn't clear enough to make a determination.

But, the bottom line is that you simply don't resist arrest. The person would be alive if he simply didn't resist arrest.

Newsflash: Initial witness statements and media accounts often turn out to be half true at best. Or they, and any low quality videos shot from a distance, only capture part of what happened. But by all means, take the initial witness statements and media accounts at face value. :dunce:
Need we remind you that you're a dumbass?

Who needs witness accounts in this instance, where the shooting is pretty clearly caught on video? The guy slows down, turns around, and waves his arms as if to surrender, right before all three cops open fire (again). Did he have a mini, flesh-toned uzi in his palm that we can't see? Maybe he was a wizard, and about to conjure up a fireball? :dunce: As for why he's running... could be due to the fact that he was just shot at. Pretty sure that's a normal human reaction.

Pretty difficult (unless you're a moron like Alfalfa) to call this shooting justified in lieu of the video evidence. :coffee:
Talk about reminding people you're a dumbass..

Another one in Alabama. Thankfully, this officer has been charged.

Elderly Indian man walking around his neighborhood. Someone calls the police because there's a black guy walking around the neighborhood. Cops show up. He can't speak English. Tries to indicate where he lives and where he is going. Cops think he's being disobedient (even though he clearly doesn't speak English the dumbass cop keeps yelling "don't jerk away from me, you understand me?!" No, he doesn't understand you, you halfwit redneck. Copy body slams and paralyzes him.

You dumb conk fucks are right: if anyone a cop deems a suspect resists arrest, fails to comply, or flees, the cop has full right to use deadly force, no matter the circumstances. Judge, jury, and executioner. The Hispanic man in the video, who was battling depression and mental illness, deserved to pay with his life because a couple of trigger happy cops were too incompetent to detain him with non-lethal force. Hell, who even gives a fuck about public safety? One of the busiest intersections in Pasco during rush hour with a bunch of civilians around, let's open fire on the depressed fleeing Mexican throwing rocks. Totally warranted.

You have the Constitutional right to resist an unlawful arrest.

You do not have the right to resist a lawful arrest.

Funny that there has been no challenge to whether or not the arrests that were attempted in MO or NY have been challenged. Thats because they were lawful arrests. Disagree with the law all you like. I sure do, butI dont fight the law.

I doubt there are many people in the general population that know the difference. Even if you're right you risk an ass whupping or worse if you call him on it. Do it in NYC and you might get choked to death or maybe if you're lucky only have a broomstick shoved up your ass in the janitor's closet.

No shit he should've complied. That isn't the issue though; his failure or inability to comply (he was mentally ill) doesn't give police the right to execute him.
