Hillary Clinton's Personal Email Use Differed from Other Top Officials

From your article:

As Clinton aides have noted, Colin Powell did regularly use a personal e-mail account while Secretary of State.

A Powell aide confirmed that information, saying, "General Powell used a personal email account during his tenure as Secretary of State. He was not aware of any restrictions nor does he recall being made aware of any over the four years he served at State."

You failed, again.
And as Cid already pointed out there was no State Dept e-mail system when Powell was Sec State.

"Clinton private email violated 'clear-cut' State Dept. rules

The State Department has had a policy in place since 2005 to warn officials against routine use of personal e-mail accounts for government work, a regulation in force during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state that appears to be at odds with her reliance on a private email for agency business...

....the 2005 policy was described as one of several “clear cut” directives the agency’s own inspector general relied on to criticize the conduct of a U.S. ambassador who in 2012 was faulted for using email outside of the department’s official system.

“It is the Department’s general policy that normal day-to-day operations be conducted on an authorized [Automated Information System], which has the proper level of security control to provide nonrepudiation, authentication and encryption, to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the resident information,” the Department’s Foreign Affairs Manual states...."

So pull your face out of Hillary's snatch...You FAILED again...

Obviously they got to someone since the House just sent a letter to the WH reminding the President that any agreements with Iran have to go through Congress - it had 367 traitors er I mean signatures on it (that sure is a lot o Democrats)

At the end of the day, if the WH wasnt just trying to get a "legacy" achievement here we wouldnt be going through this. Iran comes to the table with snap inspections being non negotiable from the outset. So there was never a "deal" that was ever going to happen other than spurrious claims to one that partisans like you would claim to be substantive.

OK, but I was talking about the hypocrisy surrounding classified information, spying, and leaks.

We need to think of the long game and there may be sacrifices necessary.

Best long-term scenario: Iran gets nukes, which they will sooner or later anyway.
Iran wipes out Israel in a nuclear exchange, Israel doesn't have the megatonnage to take out a country the size of Iran so we finish Iran off.
Nobody ever fvcks with us again and we call the shots forever. If the Russians or the Chinese say boo about it we have plenty more for them.
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Iranians already have a few Russian-supplied tactical nukes tucked away somewhere.

When you utilize your .gov email, the department gets to determine what is work related or not when responding to FOIA requests or archival matters (and the department is by no means immune to influence)

in this case, flunkies working for Hillary's operatives made that determination (if they even bothered)

So one thing we know is one if her people sent intel on Libya to her personal email (we know this because his email was hacked) and had this material been sent on .gov it would have been classified

but in classic Clinton semantic gymnastics we know her camp will say it was not classified - because it never went through a classification process
