Well, they are at it again. Approximately 75 protesters were out in Ferguson last night and someone shot 2 cops from the "grassy knoll". The protesters are claiming it was not a protester in an attempt to shun any blame.

I am curious about what it would be like to work in a Union
I have absolutely zero experience with it

For the past 20 years all of my jobs have been entirely project based
I get hired in to work on a project - with progress gates and measuring protocol crap - I get paid on time lines and successful completed segments - and on the projects completion I am officially unemployed

My next employer can simply review my previous projects success (or failure) and decide if I'm worth hiring
