Great I think she is a junior I want to her DMR team under 11:00 next winter they have the talent to pull it off just come eastward/south and run in big meets!!!Gil Dobie wrote:She set school records in the mile and 3000, all american in both, finishing 5th and 7th in the NCAA Indoor respectively.dal4018 wrote: Excellent finish I assume that was a school mark she set in the 3,000M???? She improved her indoor mile by 15 seconds from last year, maybe there is room to improve her time for next year.dal4018 wrote:Great I think she is a junior I want to her DMR team under 11:00 next winter they have the talent to pull it off just come eastward/south and run in big meets!!!Gil Dobie wrote:

Hope are they doing well in the sprint relays 4x1 4x2 4x4 do they have anymore recruits coming in????Gil Dobie wrote:She improved her indoor mile by 15 seconds from last year, maybe there is room to improve her time for next year.dal4018 wrote: Great I think she is a junior I want to her DMR team under 11:00 next winter they have the talent to pull it off just come eastward/south and run in big meets!!!

Looks like a UC-Riverside meet this weekend. Last weekend Emily Lesser broke the school record in the shot.dal4018 wrote:I hope that they have been accepted at the Tx Relays they start today and continue through the weekend.
TEMPE, Ariz. – North Dakota State senior thrower Emily Lesser captured the Bison school record in the outdoor shot put with a personal-best throw by more than two feet on Saturday at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.
Lesser won the event with a throw of 51-09.75 (15.79m), an improvement of 26 inches over her previous personal outdoor best. The Maple Grove, Minn., native surpassed Julia Karst-Gray's school record of 51-01.50 set in 2000.
Lesser now ranks fourth in the NCAA this season in the shot put.
