Epic HBP...

Post by SuperHornet »

This just defies description. In a Pac-12 baseball game, the Arizona State batter is hit by a Washington State pitch.

You won't believe the result.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

This is one time I'll lay off SuperHerm. That was pretty cool.

The guy got drilled by a breaking pitch that must have been doing 35 mph. My grandmother could have caught it. :coffee:

He didn't catch anything. It was trapped between the back of his arm and his back. Still a neat occurrence.

It was neither description defying, beyond belief, nor jaw dropping. Meh.

That announcer was way too excited about that. It was somewhat unusual but that's as far as I will go.
