Since when is a roman candle fight a bad thing? That shit is fun!

I honestly don't know why that was even newsworthy.

Animal party at DD Friday night turned into a 100+ melee in the hotel valet entrance and a person getting shot in the parking lot. Same group went down to ihop and shot two people over there. Same group held a similar event last year over in the casino with similar resultsn

I am bound to state that any specific inquiries about the events of that night are to be directed to our marketing department.

You may need a new marketing gal, casinos have an uphill fight anyway because they have a seedy undertone but you also have no catchy COLOR involved in that hashtag. If you want to be heard and have the mainstream media tripping over their dicks to shove a hashtag down American throats then you need to pick a color from the list below:

Black

Then and only then will your voice/hashtag be heard.

That was a nice looking darky. I notice he crouched over her for a bit.

So is there an actual news story about this incident printed anywhere or just this edit from a black lives matter activist? The cops certainly look douchey in this cut, but I'm sure there's more to the story.

So sounds like the bottom line is a bunch of black kids from outside the neighborhood crashed the pool at a predominantly white neighborhood and it caused a ruckus. Cops responded and probably were overreactive. Several black kids refused to comply and got manhandled. Nobody was hurt. Most egregious cop is being disciplined. All the one-off stories and click bait aside, the numbers show that cops who do this kind of thing are a miniscule group.

I used to tell rookies that if you are in a bad mood, sick, whatever- take a day off. Ditch diggers and lawn mower and armchair lawyers who work at Walmart are allowed to have bad days at work where they make mistakes. Cops aren't.

Article about shooting was posted online. Nothing about the fight that happened prior. But the usual suspects where there defending this and that anyone who tried to say anything about it being a "black event" were racist.

And the usual "if you weren't there, you dont know what really happened" comments. :ohno:

Sucks that I'm under a gag order on this. Don't want to cause any controversy...

Kalief Browder — a 22-year old Bronx native whose three-year stay in jail without being convicted of a crime attracted the eye of top politicians and celebrities — took his own life this weekend.

The New Yorker, which had reported Browder’s story, said he had committed suicide on Saturday, after an extended battle with depression.

The news caught the eye of Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who had mentioned Browder’s tale during speeches about the need to reform the criminal justice system.
“Kelley and I extend our most heartfelt sorrow and deepest condolences to the family of Kalief Browder,” Paul wrote on his Facebook and Twitter pages. “May his soul rest in peace.”

As a teenager, Browder was arrested for stealing a backpack and then held at the infamous Rikers Island for more than 1,000 days, before his case was ultimately dismissed.

The story helped prompt reforms at New York City’s courts and was held up as proof of the need to further overhaul the nation’s criminal justice system.

On Saturday — the same day Browder killed himself — Paul implored a crowd in Concord, N.H., to “think about Kalief Browder and think about how his friends must feel about American justice, how his parents must feel and about how his community feels.”

"If we become the party that cares about the Sixth Amendment as much as we do the Second Amendment, we’re going to dominate,” said Paul, who is running for president, according to The Washington Post.

Browder left the jail in 2013 but appeared deeply troubled.

He tried to kill himself both inside and outside Rikers, according to The New Yorker, and had grown deeply paranoid.

“When you go over the three years that he spent [in jail] and all the horrific details he endured, it’s unbelievable that this could happen to a teen-ager in New York City,” Browder’s layer, Paul Prestia, told The New Yorker. “He didn’t get tortured in some prison camp in another country. It was right here!”

The cops looked like asshole and were over reacting until the two guys charged in after the girl with the ass went down. That caused the cop pull his weapon. He holstered it fairly quickly when the other two pursued.

WRONG! again. Half of those Black Kids lived in that community. They had a right to be there. The other half were invited to the pool party. However, none of the White kids who were also standing on the side walk were asked to leave. Even the ones who did not live in that community.

I've been saying this for 10 years. Change the training for these officers before someone gets hurt. I know we jaw jack with each other and have fun, however, this was a 95lbs 14 year old girl. I don't care if she was purple, I would have kicked this officer azz when he got back to the station. Police Departments are having a bad PR season. Now this azz-hat made it worse.

Show me this? I saw the video from the white kid who shot the original video. He said there was no fighting at the party and that the lady who called 911 lied about the fighting. But that's what he said.

Where's the proof?
I saw it on CNN, MSNBC and Fox. I also saw it on my local news. This is why I say police officers should have a 4 year degree. This will get the wannbees out of the profession. This coward put both his knees on this girls back. This fucker could have damaged her spine. This is not what professional Police do to break up a crowd of teens.

Seems to me you'd rather solve a symptom than the actual PROBLEM. :dunce: :dunce: You can't cure this problem one rogue cop at a time, kleanex. This is a black cultural issue. Plain and simple. Until y'all get THAT shit under control, this ain't gonna get any better.

Well, at least your admit it's a socio-cultural issue and aren't quite at the CluckU or JSO level where you think blacks have a biological predisposition to violence.
