No need to be upset. You're just another chickenhawk without the capacity to consider the long term consequences of starting a war with a country of 80 million people. :thumb:

...79 million who don't want to fight a war with the west.

They've been watching the west hastily lay waste to other middle east nations in wars for the past 25 years...

...including Iraq...

...TWICE!!!

And considering Iran failed to defeat Iraq during their EIGHT YEAR war which resulted in around ONE MILLION military killed, a QUARTER MILLION civilian deaths at a cost of $630 Billion (1980's estimates)...

...I would wager we could lay waste to Iran without ever putting a boot on their soil.

It must be terribly difficult being a diplomat and a negotiator on something like this. You know the deal you are making doesn't really change anything, but you have to go through the motions and do it anyway so that you can say you have a deal. At the end of the day, you've really accomplished little other than sound bites and papers that get signatures on them, but little of substance. I give Kerry credit, sticking around for something as hollow as this has to take a great deal of patience, especially when there wasn't a whole lot else to do optionwise.
No you don't. We'd be better with no deal and leaving the current sanctions in place.

We've been sanctioning Iran for almost 40 years. What have sanctions accomplished?

So how does the eventual, inevitable Israeli airstrike on Iranian facilities affect world markets?

That's the real question.

Also, is my dream of a Jew-Raghead death match to the last man a potential reality now? Please say yes!

This. Eventually, Israel is going to eschew the US and it's "allies" and annihilate everyone on that region that looks at them wrong.

A remarkably naive viewpoint. Compare them to Saudi Arabia: A middle-eastern nation that maintained diplomatic and trade relations with the West.

Economically, apples and oranges.

So, now that the deal has been actually read, the scorecard is,

Countries who think it's a good deal:
Iran
Russia
China
North Korea

Countries who don't:
The rest of the world

They'll disapprove it and get vetoed and then fail to overturn the veto.

While I don't think that they are, I certainly hope that the Obama Administration is right on this for I am not looking forward to dodging nuclear fallout, which is the inevitable outcome of crazy people who not afraid to die having such a weapon.
