Just this past week I pulled up behind a newer black Cadillac, with aftermarket oversized rims, stereo so loud you could see the trunk lid vibrating from the base, driven by a late-20's black male...pulled in behind him at the stoplight and noticed the registration was expired and the tires were bald.
