I don't know that I'd be too harsh on Brady, but I would absolutely drop the hammer on the Pats if I were the NFL. It's complete BS that their punishment is only marginally worse than the Falcons for the fake crowd noise. I think I would take an unconscionably low number of fumbles over a little more stadium noise any day of the week.
