Spoiler: show
Because I, not in good judgement, would post this under my own name.

Still cannot believe I scooped this before SH did

Yes :ohno: I will be watching on Friday night. ;)

This is played a few miles from our house in DE, we went a few years ago to watch. BTW, is it a pre-requisite to be overweight and have facial hair in Montana?

Lower Sussex, no? My worst memory of the Lower Sussex complex is witnessing Delino Deshields (of Seaford) single-handedly destroy the Milford All Stars one night. Dude threw a complete game, probably averaging over 2 Ks per inning, and probably had 5 RBI himself. It was a disaster from our perspective but an incredible performance to watch. I still would have liked to have seen what he would have done at Villanova and in the NBA. He was scarier at hoops.

Well Missoula hung 5 runs on Delaware in the bottom of the first inning.

And struck out the side in the second.

3 run jack over the center field wall.

8-0 Montana.

Is the Delaware team in the tournament only because they are hosting or because they actually won to get there? Lower Sussex hosts a lot because they've won several World Series, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're worth a damn in the current season

Regardless, congrats to the Montana girls. A little salt air and ocean beach apparently got them motivated.

They have been rolling hard for the last month from what I hear. IF they win tonight, they get to play on ESPN tomorrow at noon in the championship game.

No shit. Last year they lost due to two errors on one play, I believe. :ohno:

Is this a Montana trait? GATW does this often with over-drinking and throwing up on his shoes. :coffee:

I went to ESPN.com to find the story of this, and then was reminded of how awful their recently updated site design is. Where's the headline list? Where's the organization? Why was it obviously designed by a teenage tumblr user? :? :ohno:

We had this discussion about two months ago and I'm on your side. Just a dreadful site design that still sucks after two months of using it.

Very well could be, but I'm their target audience and they've lost me because of it.

The target market for ESPN is to zero in on young men, primarily men from 18 to 49.
