I haven't ridden Amtrak, but I can certainly say DC metro does no screening. You could tote a rifle on a train with no problem. Hell, people bring their bikes on the trains.
I know you can conceal one, but it will be printing all over your shirt

people just sleepwalk through life and arent observant of anything

but youre right - probably no security - which is fine with me but i figured the EU would be monitoring trains

I don't know how accurate the early news reports were last night, but ABC said the devil dogs actually got on the same train as the terrorist because they had a hunch. Good on 'em if so.

Media was off again. Surprise. The subduers were actually three Americans: an Airman, a National Guardsman, and a civilian.

JFC, does the media get anything right in the first 12-24 hours?

How did we ever have to buy the western half of our country from these buffoons? Paris seems nice, but without us they're all speaking German. If you need a gun, point your finger gangsta style at a frencchie military and you just got a new gun. Waterheads.

All the train staff ran the OPPOSITE direction and locked themselves in the staff car. :ohno: :ohno: 70 years later and nothing has changed in that country. They're STILL cowards.

Those three shouldn't have any challenges getting beer or blowjobs for a couple of years.

Yeah if I was one of those guys I'd extend my stay in France for a while and take advantage of the free wine, cheese and hairy arm pitted mademoiselles

Shots were fired while authorities were engaging militants in the country's western desert, the ministry of interior said this morning.
