Funny, some of you conks don't trust the goverment to collect garbage but have complete faith that they can decide who can carry hand canons, into bars and at tailgaters.
In states like Massachusetts, California, and New York...the government can deny a permit for almost any reasons...those states are known as "may issue" permit states...
Here in Virginia, and I believe Montana, they are "shall issue" states...unless you are legally prohibited from having a permit (a felon, domestic violence conviction, etc) you shall be issued a permit if you apply and complete the required traiing...
In Arizona, Vermont and Utah, they have Constitutional Carry...anyone can carry because its in the Constitution...
Hopefully, every state will be there soon...
